JUNE 30th • 5pm-10pm

Within the halls the fear lies. Walk through the maze of hallways and rooms as you experience the horror presented by horror and dark artists who dabble in the unknown. Each artist has tales of terror to tell and visions of the dark side to show in their “room of doom.” Once again their displays of art will devour the walls of of Mosaic Sound Collective to present the most evil of galleries, Fright Gallery 2: A Horror And Dark Art Presentation.

In each room, you will find a world created by the artist to accompany their work. Lighting, music and decor will help you experience their world during your stay in their room of doom. Some artists will choose for a simple display and some will unleash their horror. Most of the artists will also be selling their horror creations, including some of the best horror vendors in Texas. With over 30 artists and vendors, this is bound to be one of the biggest and best horror art galleries around. Please see our Facebook INVITE for a listing of the artists.

We are very excited to announce our special Chamber Of Horror Lounge at the gallery this year. Experience a horror visual and music show like no other. Watch the horror on the screens as our own Blood Over Texas Horror Chamber Orchestra play a live score to the chilling imagery. A modern, electronic reinterpretation of a traditional chamber music hall performance. The B.O.T. Horror Chamber Orchestra was conjured up especially for this event and is a collaboration of local artists. Featuring live music by Bradley Bills of CHANT_Officiall; Brandon Lynch of Black Magic Cyborg; Los Vincent of Kounter Mezhure and Torque Order; and Ritch N. of The Nimbus and Adoration Destroyed. The horrific visuals courtesy of our Evil Overlord, Bunny Voodoo.

The B.O.T. Horror Chamber Orchestra will entertain you with four, 30-min sets and will be presented on the hour for your pleasure and pain. 6pm • 7pm • 8pm • 9pm

This should give a chance to visit the lounge and enjoy the rooms of dooms from our horror artists.

Over the years, the venue has been a juvenile hall, a convalescent home and a mental facility but is now the home of Mosaic Sound Collective. Mosaic is a a new innovative idea benefitting the music and art community of Austin. It is quite simply, a hive of musicians, artists, resources and services consolidated under one roof. The Mosaic campus will provide services, employment, training and education to musicians and the music community. Working together, united by a common cause, they endeavor to revitalize the Austin music community. For the music community, by the music community. To learn more, please visit them at www.mosaicsoundcollective.com. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to Mosaic to help them support our artistic community!

Please join the Facebook INVITE for the most up-to-date information.

We are currently closed for artist and vendor submissions.

SCREENINGS  We produce several horror movie and television screenings throughout the year. We are proud to always show them in a proper movie-watching environment and with the permission of the filmmakers. Our screenings are sometimes produced as full on Screening Parties featuring bands, vendors and other shenanigans. Our annual Slaughter Bowl (held on Super Bowl Sunday), new horror movie premieres, and  TV season premiere parties  are examples of our screening parties. Stay tuned for the next horror to be shown on the big screen.
